The NISD Board of Trustees this week recognized more than 400 students and their teachers this week for academic, instructional, and artistic achievements.
Students and teachers were individually honored and presented with certificates of recognition during a special ceremony at the May 27 Board meeting.
"I am so proud of all these students and want to give special thanks to their teachers, and of course to their parents, who play the most important role in the success of their children," Superintendent John Folks said.
