2008 Texas Foreign Languague Spanish Teacher of the Year

Teresa Tattersall, a Spanish teacher at Stevens High School, is the 2008 Texas Foreign Language Spanish Teacher of the Year. Each year the Texas Foreign Language Association recognizes a Teacher of the Year for the different languages. Factors considered in selecting the Teacher of the Year are: evidence of outstanding teaching, TFLA involvement, campus and language activities, professional contributions, curriculum development and/or publishing, awards, and teaching experience.
